Introduction
The sugar can be replaced with splenda to make it sugar free. Plus, you can use fat free cream cheese. I am going to try it with whole wheat flour to see if texture is ok. Ingredients

1/4 lb Butter
8 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese
1-1/4C Sugar- Can replace with Splenda
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Flour- I used Self Rising - (for all purpose use 1/2tsp Baking Soda and 1/4 tsp salt)
1/4 C Milk
6 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Topping:
1/4 C Sugar -( I used 2 Tbsp Brown sugar, 2 Tbsp White Sugar)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 C Chopped Pecans
Directions
Mis Butter, Cream Cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla in large bowl, beat till creamy. In a seperate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt (if using all purpose flour) Skip this step if using self rising flour-
Blend four and creamed mixture in large bowl, slowly. Stir in milk and chocolate chips with a large spoon.
Grease two bread pans and fill 1/2-3/4 full.
Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over top of each loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife into the center of loaf comes out clean.
