Introduction

This definately could be made a little healthier using low fat mayo and a lower fat milk... however I used what I had on hand. Still pretty good.... I also think it would have been better with black beans instead of chick peas, but I let my husband pick this time! Ingredients

    Package of Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 can of Corn
    1 can of Chick Peas (or Black Beans)
    1/4 cup of shredded cheese
    1 tbsp. mayo
    1 tbsp. sour cream
    2 tbsp. taco sauce
    2 tbsp. milk

Directions

-Cook pasta package as directed on the box
- Mix seasoning packet with mayo, milk, taco sauce & sour cream
- Mix veggies into rinsed pasta
- Mix sauce & shredded cheese into pasta mixture
- Serve immediately or refridgerate
