Introduction

For WLS patients on the puree stage. For WLS patients on the puree stage.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 oz cooked shrimp
    2-4 T blue cheese crumbles
    2 T Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

Directions

Put shrimp and hot sauce in mini food processor. Pulverise.
Stir in Blue Cheese.
Serve cold or microwave to warm through.

I usually use the frozen pre-cooked shrimp for this.
