Ingredients

    Ground beef,1 lb
    Chorizo 1 lb
    Sausage or hot link 1 lb
    Onions, raw, 1 large )
    Bell peppers 1 chopped
    Celery 1 stalk, l
    Worcestershire Sauce, 2 oz
    Liquid smoke, 2 tsp
    Tomato Sauce, 15oz can
    Red Wine, 4 fl oz
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Dry mustard, 1 tsp
    Cayenne, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp

Directions

In a large skillet add the meats and spices until cooked, add the vegetables until tender, add the remaining ingredients bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Makes 16 servings without adding beans and left overs freeze well.
