    Chili powder, 1 Tbs
    GroundCumin, 1 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper, 1 Tbs
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 0.25 cup
    Bell Pepper, Red Raw, 0.25 cup
    Bell Pepper, Orange, 0.25 cup
    Green Onion, 0.25 cup
    Pace Chunky Salsa, 0.5 cup
    Mushrooms pieces or slices, 0.25 cup
    1 Tyson Premium Rock Cornish Game Hen, Skined and Quartered

Directions

Quarter the hen and remove skin and back.

Place everything in the Crockpot and stir.

Cook on high stirring occasionally for 2 to 3 hours, your time may vary.

Can be served with Rice or Pasta
