Ingredients

1 can Chickpeas (19 fluid ounces)
1 can Black Beans (19 fluid ounces)
1 can Lentils (19 fluid ounces)
2 cans Soy Beans (398 ml cans)
1 Large Red Onion
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Canola Oil
1.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp Celery Seed
0.5 tsp Mustard Seed
0.5 cup Cider Vinegar
0.5 cup White Vinegar
Directions
Chop onion and peppers. In seperate bowl, combine liquids and spices and blend well. Rinse beans, and combine with the vegetable mixture and liquid mixture. Let sit for 1 day. Good in the fridge for about a week.
