14 oz box whole wheat pasta
I large can hunts diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic & oregano it has 6 servings
1 medium onion cut in strips
2 green peppers cut in strips
2 cups diced mushrooms
Directions
Start boiling water when boiled add pasta and follow the box on how long to cook. Spray cooking oil/spray in large pan cook onions and peppers till soft add mushrooms, cook till brown. Add can of tomatoes. Cover and simmer till pasta is done. One cup pasta and one cup sauce equals a filling tasty supper!
