Ingredients

1# 93% Lean Ground Beef, cooked & drained
1 1/2 cans - 26 oz can No-Sugar Added pasta sauce
15 oz Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
12 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese
12 oz No-Yolk egg noodles
Directions
Makes one pan, 9x13" cut into 12 pieces.
Cook ground beef and drain. Add to sauce. Spice as per your tastes with oregano, garlic, etc. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and put back in kettle. Immediately add ricotta and sour cream and mix well until melted.
Spray pan with non-stick spray. Put some sauce in bottom of pan and then add 1/2 noodle mixture and spread to edges. Add sauce and some of the mozzarella. Add remaining noodle mixture, the remaining sauce, and mozzarella. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees (keep an eye on it, you'll want it bubbly and starting to brown). Let sit for a few minutes and slice into 12 servings. With this dish, the leftovers are better than the original!
