Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    *worstershire sauce, 2 tbsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
    *Publix Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp

    chopp onion up fine. if you like coarse pieces that works also. reserve 1/4 of onion sliced to place over meat as you bake it.
    Mix all ingridents together and place in a medium baking pan with rack

Directions

pre heat oven 375 degrees,
Spay bake pan with pam
bake for approx. 60 minuted

3 oz. portions each
salt & pepper to taste
served with you favorite salad & vegetable.
