Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    1.75 cup- Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp - Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp - Salt
    1/2 cup - sugar
    Wet Ingredients:
    1/2 cup - Applesauce Unsweetened
    1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
    1.5 4oz Containers Danny Light N' Fit Strawberry Yogurt
    2 tbsp - Sugar Free Strawberry Perserves
    Other Ingredients:
    1/2 Cup - Sliced Strawberries. (chop finely after measuring!!)

Directions

Grease (12) 2.5" muffin tins.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a second bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring until just moist. Fold in strawberries gently.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until tops are browned.

Makes 12 Muffins. 1 Muffin = 1 Serving

    Very Good
    If you like strawberries these will be a hit. I make half of the recipe for 6 muffins and freeze them. Pop them into a microwave for a warm start to breakfast. - 4/12/09
