Introduction

Low fat/calorie, high protein alternative to a beef or chicken burger. Low fat/calorie, high protein alternative to a beef or chicken burger.

Ingredients

    1 Can of Tuna (drained)
    1 Egg White
    1/3 Cup of Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
    1 tsp Ground Garlic
    1/2 tsp Pepper



Directions

1. In a bowl mix drained tuna, egg white, cheese, onion and spices until all the ingrediants stick together.

2. Split in half and form 2 patties.

3. In a medium saucepan fry patties until both sides are golden brown.

    Very good! Next time will use the tuna in the envelope - had a hard time getting the tuna to stick to make a patty. Mine was more like a tuna omelet..=) Still tasty though and will try it again. - 1/31/11
