Ingredients

    4 cups low sodium chicken broth
    12 oz cooked chicken
    1 package shitake mushrooms
    2 1/4 cups egg noodles
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Boil chicken broth.
Add noodles, then chicken and mushrooms.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate in large containers.
Perfect for lunch!
