Introduction

Ingredients

    * 1 tbs Olive oil
    * 300 g round or topside steak, cut into 1 cm cubes
    * 1 onion halved, finely chopped
    * 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    * 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
    * 2 tsp ground cumin
    * 2 tsp ground coriander
    * 1 tsp ground turmeric
    * 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
    * 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    * 1 x 400 g can diced Italian tomatoes
    * 1 1/2 cups beef stock or vegetable stock
    * 2 carrots, peeled, coarsely chopped
    * 175 g green beans, topped, halved
    * 350 g cauliflower, cut into florets
    * 1 cup basmati rice or Indian rice
    * 1/3 cup low-fat natural yogurt, to serve
    * freshly ground black pepper
