Ingredients

    2 Salmon Filets

    1/4 Cup Sake

1/4 Cup Teriyaki Marinade (liquid kind)

1 TBsp Stir Fry Sauce (think carmely kind)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350o

Take your two salmon filets and place them in a small glass or non stick dish thats about 1 1/2 inch deep to hold the liquids. If they have skin make sure the skin is on the bottom.

Take your 1/4 cup of sake and 1/4 cup of Teriyaki and pour over the top of both filets. Take your 1 TBsp of stir fry sauce and brush or spread over the top of each filet evenly.

Place dish in oven for about 15 to 20min over until cooked through. The top should look carmalized. When serving plate filets and discarding the extra liquid left in the dishware.

Optional: You may also pre marinade your filets by adding the sake and teriyaki to the glass dish with the filets skin side up. Then placing a plastic wrap over it while they sit in your fridge for 2 hrs to even over night. Just make sure when you get them out to cook you flip them over and spread the stir fry sauce over each before placing in the oven.
