Introduction

Ingredients

    8 potatoes
    1 med. head cabbage

Directions

Cut up potatoes and cabbage into 3 inch pieces. Place in a large pot with water to boil them off. Once cabbage and potatoes are fork tender remove from heat, drain and mash. Serve with vinegar over the potato and cabbage mixture. This makes 8 servings (need to measure the amounts per serving).
