Introduction

This is a great grab and go breakfast or afternoon snack! This is a great grab and go breakfast or afternoon snack!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 C. old fashioned rolled oats
    1 1/2 c. Rice Chex Cereal
    1/2 C. whole wehat flour
    1/3 C. raisins chopped
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 C. Smart Balance peanut butter
    3 Tbs margarine, melted
    3 Tbs honey
    2 tsp molasses
    1 C. Splenda Grandular
    4 large egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour peanut butter mixture over oats and stir until well mixed.
4. Pat mixture into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. cool and cut into 18 bars.
