Ingredients

    onion, pepper, garlic, artichoke, broccoli, spinach, and grape tomatoes, with salt and pepper and a healthier spread for cooking the veggies

Directions

sautee veggies til al dente in the spread with minced garlic, salt ,and pepper (boil the broccoli in the pasta water w the pasta to save time...). When the pasta is done and drained toss it all together!

    Very Good
    This was so easy and quick to make. I added extra garlic and altered what vegies went in - this is one of those throw in whatever vegies you have kind of recipe. - 6/8/11
