Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. Fat free mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. spicy salsa
    1 Low carb tortilla
    1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded

Directions

1. Mix mayonnaise and salsa in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Place tortilla on a heated griddle. Add 1/2 the cheese. As the cheese begins to melt add the chicken and remaining cheese to one half of the tortilla. Fold tortilla in half. Allow to cook long enough to warm the chicken, flipping a few times.
3. Serve with salsa/mayo dip.
