Ingredients

    1 College In Thai Coconut Curry Broth (about 4 cups)
    1 pkg Home Gourmet Coconut Cream Powder (50g=1.75oz)
    1 pkg A Taste of Thai Coconut Ginger Soup Base
    3 cups of water
    1 can Turkey in water (6 to 8oz can)
    6 Large Shrimp
    2 oz - Rice Noodles
    2 oz - Chow Mein Noodles
    1 cup Lettuce
    1 cup Spinach
    1 cup Yellow Squash

Directions

In a large pot combine broth, soup base, and water; bring to a boil and then slowly add the coconut cream powder stirring often. Then add the summer squash, turkey, shrimp and noodles. When the noodles are tender add the spinach and lettuce. They will wilt fast. Serve in large bowls.

Serves 4 - very large bowls of soup. A complete meal.
