My husband found this recipie in his Men's Health Magazine Training Guide 2010. It is a very satisfying sandwich and is low in fat. To lower calories you can leave off the egg. Ingredients

    1 pouch of Starkist Tuna Creations Hickory Smoked Tuna
    1 Multi-Grain Bread Roll, from Schwans
    5 Large Black Olives, scliced
    1 Tbls. Caper, drained
    2 Inner Leaves of Romaine Lettuce
    1 thinly scliced medium Roma Tomato
    8 Steamed Whole Green Beans
    1 Tsp. of Lemon Juice
    1 Hard Boiled Egg, scliced

Directions

Slice Multi-grain bread roll length wise and scoop out center bread. Place Tune into bottom scooped out section, top with black olives, capers, egg sclices, Green Beans, Lettuce and Tomato sclices. Sprinkle with Lemon juice.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
