Introduction
My husband and I created this recipe to satisfy our pizza cravings. Each serving is one 8" individual pizza. Very filling and very delicious. You can change out any of the vegetables you like or swap beef with chicken. The vegetables in this recipe are measured at approximate measures. Ingredients

2- Boboli 8" Mini Thin Pizza Crusts
4oz- Beef round or tip steak
1/2c- Newman's Own Marinara sauce, or whatever kind of marinara sauce you like
1- med to large bell pepper (I like yellow or red)
1- 9oz package Frozen Artichokes (defrosted) or 1 can artichokes (not marinated)
1c- Fresh leaf spinach (approximate measure)
1c- Kraft Free or Skim Shredded Mozerella Cheese (divided)
1/2tsp- steak seasoning, like McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions
Makes (2) 8" Mini Pizzas
1. Wash or rinse any fresh vegetables. Pat dry with papertowel. Slice/cut vegetables to desired size for pizza topping
2. Season steak on both sides and cook on grill pan or outdoor grill to desired doneness (steak will cook more in oven)
3. Slice steak to bite size pieces
4. Spread 1/4c of marinara sauce on pizza crust. Top with 1/4c (or more if desired) of shredded mozerella cheese. Top with sliced vegetables and steak. Top with another 1/4c of shredded mozerella cheese.
5. Bake on a cookie sheet or pizza dish at 400 degrees in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
