Ingredients

1 c water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
3 c bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Directions
Use Dough cycle 9 on Welbilt bread machine.
For 1 thick-crust pizza, roll or pat dough into a 12 inch circle on a lightly-floured surface. Place on greased pizza pan. Prick dough with fork. Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven and spread/sprinkle with favorite pizza toppings. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until toppings are bubbling and/or melted.
For a thinner crust, divide dough in half and press into 2 12 inch pans. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Variations:
Substitute 1/2 to 1 c whole wheat flour for same amount of bread flour.
Add 1 tbsp of your favorite crushed herbs to ingredients just before adding oil.
Add 1 c grated or shredded cheese (parmesan, romano, cheddar, pepperjack) to ingredients just before adding oil.
