Introduction
My family's favorite holiday leftover meal.Great way to use up leftover turkey, dressing, and gravy. Also a good way to extend the turkey when you need to feed a lot of people with limited leftovers. Keep some stuffing mix on hand and some canned gravy. Can be made is a crockpot or in a casserole without the buns for a potluck dinner. My family's favorite holiday leftover meal.

Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

1 pound leftover turkey (white and dark meat mixed)
4 cups of leftover stuffing
2 cups of leftover turkey gravy
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp celery salt (if needed)
pepper to taste
(whole wheat buns for serving - optional)
Directions
Shred or chop the turkey. Mix with leftover stuffing and gravy. Add enough gravy to make mixture "sloppy" but not runny.
Cooking options:
Warm it up quickly in the microwave until heated through-5 min. on high
Grease a casserole dish and place mixture in dish in overn - 25 min. at 350.
Put mixture in crockpot and heat until heated through, add more liquid (water, broth, or gravy) and stir as needed.
Heat on stove on med/low stirring occassionally until heated through.
Can be served on wheat buns with sweet pickles and condiments, or eaten plain.
