Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Bunch of Kale, stems removed and chopped
    6 Cups Water
    1 t. crushed fennel seed
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    3 Large Bouillon Cubes - Vegtable, Chicken, or Beef
    1 15 oz.. Can Fat Free Pinto Beans
    3.5 oz.. Dry Pasta such as La Moderna Fideo, Broken
    Angel Hair or Thin Spaghetti
    4 T. Grated Parmessan

Directions

Combine water, kale, garlic, fennel seed, and bouillon cubes. Cook until kale is tender. Add salt to taste. Add beans and pasta, cook until pasta is tender. Spoon into bowls and garnish with grated parmessan.
