    .25 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    .5 cup nonfat milk
    .5 cup yogurt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

heat flour and butter over medium heat, add yogurt, milk, cream and salt. stir constantly and simmer until desired consistency. serve over meatballs
