Introduction

These are high protein, good fiber, low fat. These are high protein, good fiber, low fat.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1 T. toasted wheat bran
    3 T. whole raw oats
    1/4 C. fat free cottage cheese
    dash salt
    5 drops stevia or other sugar substitute

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a mini processor. Mix for a few seconds. Cook as for regular pancakes. Can add blueberries or other fruit. I eat this topped with fresh fruit. No butter.
