Introduction

Ingredients

    *Trader Joe's Italian Farfalle, 6 serving (remove)
    Olive Oil, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Lemon juice, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 5 oz (remove)
    1 carrot
    2 tbsp of miracle whip / mayo
    Pepper
    Salt

Directions

In large saucepan, cook pasta to directions, between 8 to 12 minutes depending on brand. Add the broccoli & carrots during the last few minutes.

Meanwhile (kids can help with this step) in a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk in mayonnaise and pinch of salt & pepper. Set aside.

Drain pasta and add to lemon dressing. Toss until coated. Add tomatoes and tuna. Toss gently to combine.

Serve at room temperature.
