Ingredients

1 pkg (8oz) Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/2 cup plus 1 TBsp creamy Smart Balance Peanut Butter
1 cup cold nonfat milk
1 pkg (3.4 oz) Vanilla flavor instant fat-free sugar free pudding
2 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Free, divided
1 Oreo Pie Crust
3 squares Baker's semi sweet chocolate
Directions
makes 10 servings
1. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup peanut butter until well blended. Add milk and dry pudding mix; beat for 2 minutes. Whisk in 1 cup cool whip; spoon into crust. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Meanwhile, microwave remaing cool whip and chocolate in bowl on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Cool completely.
3. Spread the chocolate over pudding layer in crust. Microwave remaining peanut butter in small bowl 30 seconds; stir. Drizzle over pie. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
*If you can't find an oreo pie crust like I couldn't...make your own using 22 oreo cookies and 3 tbsp smart balance light buttery spread. Crush cookies in a ziplock bag, mix with melted smart balance butter and press into pie pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
