    Very Good
I switched this up a bit by melting the butter & oil (which I doubled) in a baking pan first. Added scallops, squeezed a little lemon juice over them & topped with bread crumb mixture. Baked for 20 min. at 400 deg. They were terrific! - 10/15/13

    Good
I used Panko Breadcrumbs and they didn't stick on. Maybe dip in egg white before coating? I also put blackened seasoning in the breadcrumbs. Good flavor but not much to look at. - 3/7/11

    Incredible!
This recipe was fantastic. I just wish the bread crumbs had stuck a little better to the scallops. - 3/25/09
