Number of Servings: 4

    4 lean pork chops
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
    1.5 tsp of dry mustard
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp of olive oil
1 can of chicken and rice soup (low sodium)
    Salt /pepper to taste

Mix the mustard, garlic powder and flour in a shallow bowl and coat pork chops with this mixture. Brown the coated pork chops on both sides in the olive oil in a large skillet. Place browned pork chops into your crock pot. Add undiluted can of low sodium chicken and rice soup and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve over brown or wild rice.

*Note* Pan should be hot when you add the chops - medium high heat. The browner the chops the better.
