Introduction

The coconut oil gives a delicious taste to this dish. The High Fiber content in the pasta reduces my husband's blood sugar levels so while no added sugar the pasta has less than 1 gm of sugar. Ingredients

    Coconut Oil
    Butter (optional) but adds to the flavor
    Garlic (can do more than a clove)
    onions
    High Fiber Pasta
    Cilantro

Directions

Melt 2 tblsp of coconut oil in a skillet. Saute onions and garlic until translucent. On the side start boiling water for the pasta. Once onions are translucent add the shrimp and pepper and turn heat to low. Once the water boils add pasta and cook 2 oz 8 minutes then drain, blanche and add to the skillet and stir. Also add the cilentro and sea salt to taste optional.
