Ingredients

    2 large egg whites
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    Cooking Spray, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 serving or Nonstick cooking spray of your choice

Directions

1) Using a cooking cutter, cut a hole in the middle of a slice of bread.
2) Spray one side of the bread and the cut-out with nonstick cooking oil. Place the bread, sprayed side down, in a heated skillet. Spray the cut-out hole with cooking spray.
3) Whisk two egg whites together and pour into the hole on the bread. Cook a few minutes until the egg begins to set.
4) Turn the egg/bread over, spray this side with cooking spray. Cook egg to desired doneness. Enjoy!
