Ingredients

    2 cans of Chicken Stock/Broth
    2 cups of white rice (cook acording to package)
    1 pound of chicken which ever way you have it

Directions

Boil chicken in pot (make sure theres enough water to cover all parts of chicken) Cook rice- read directions for this from your package. Instead of using water for the rice, use the chicken broth instead. After all is cooked, pull chicken into pieces, place back in pot of water. Then place your cooked rice in the pot. Let simmer and cook. Rice will absorb the water. It's a great recipe that taste like chicken and yellow rice with less calories.
