Introduction

I just decided to cook some veggies in the sauce from the grilled ginger glazed salmon recipe...soooo good. My daughter even snuck extra pieces of broccoli. Ingredients

    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 zucchini, chopped in large chunks
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped
    1 C sliced mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 C soy sauce, low-sodium
    1/4 C lemon juice
    2 T balsamic vinegar
    2 T honey or to desired taste
    2 tsp ground giner

Directions

Mix together everything but the vegetables. Pour into a skillet and heat up. Add vegetables and cook til softened.
