Ingredients

    1.25 lbs ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 28 oz can diced tomato, drained
    1 28 oz can tomato puree
    2 12 oz cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 12oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    2 1/2 Tbs Chili powder
    pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

Brown turkey, onion and pepper in 1 tsp olive oil, then drain. Add in tomatoes, beans and chili powder. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes to an hour. Check for seasoning and serve!
