Introduction

I just made this dish up one evening, when I was trying to clean out the pantry. I just made this dish up one evening, when I was trying to clean out the pantry.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 # tip roast or any lean beef roast
    1 T Olive Oil
    2C beef broth
    1 C cubed mushrooms
    1C thinly sliced onions
    3 T worchestershire sauce
    3 dashes hot pepper sauce
    1 Package Knorr Asiasn Sides Teriyaki Noodles

Directions

1. Thinly slice the roast
2. Heat oil in skillet and add meat, but don't crowd the pan. Cook in 2 batches if needed.
3. Add onion and cook til tender
4. Add beef broth, worchestershire, hot sauce and cover and simmer on low/med for 20 minutes.
5. Add teriyaki noodle packet and mushrooms and bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer or 10 minutes.
