Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 medium potatoes cut in cubes
    1 lb cubed ham
    1 large onion diced
    1/2 cup green peppers
    1 stick butter
    about 4 cups milk

Directions

dice all vegtables and ham place in baking dish.
cut butter in small cubes place around the dish.
Then add enough milk to fill ham 3/4 of the way.
bake 350 degrees 90 mins. Serve with veg or salad.
