Ingredients

    Jimmy Dean Breakfast Skillets-Sausage (9 oz)
    Cheese of your choice (2 cups)
    8 large eggs (beaten)

Directions

Beat eggs.
Add cheese and breakfast mix.
Mix well.
Scoop into muffin tin.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. (approximately 15-20 minutes)
