Ingredients

    3 cups reduced fat bisquick
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450* and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray

combine bisquick and skim milk in large mixing bowl- mix to create dough. after dough is formed, stir in cheese a little bit at a time.

Use rolling pin coated with excess bisquick to roll out dough, and use round cookie cutter (or a glass) to create biscuits. At least 8 servings can be made- more if your cookie cutter is small.

Place biscuits on baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
