Introduction

Fast, easy chilli that's low fat, high in protein and tastes great! Fast, easy chilli that's low fat, high in protein and tastes great!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 1 lb package
    Tomato Sauce,1 can
    Petite diced tomatoes, 1 can
    Dark Red Kidney beans, 1 can drained and rinsed
    Pinto Beans, 1 can drained and rinsed
    2 tsp chilli seasoning gluten free
    1/2 tsp minced garlic

Directions

In med 2.5 qt saucepan, Brown ground turkey with minced garlic and 1 tsp chilli seasoning, drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer partially covered for 10-40 mins (I like mine cooked longer for the beans, but you can eat it once it is hot). Make 4 large servings.
