Introduction
Not exactly healthy... Just what I made for dinner tonight. Tasted good. Not exactly healthy... Just what I made for dinner tonight. Tasted good.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
4 tbsp Butter
1 Minute Steak (about 3 oz)
1/2 Onion
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Flour
3 cups Milk
1 tsp (about) Marjoram
Salt and Pepper to taste (I used quite a bit of salt...)
Directions
I cooked this in the pan I'd used to cook the other minute steaks for dinner. Would work just as well in a new pan.
Mince into small pieces the minute steak, onion, and garlic. Add to pan along with butter. Cook over medium-low heat until the onions are done. Meanwhile, mix the flour and milk until the flour is completely dissolved. Once onions are done, add milk and flour mixture to pan along with marjoram and salt and pepper. Mix well and cook on low heat until it thickens to your taste. (It will be very thin at first, but once it starts to thicken it will do so quickly.) Serve over biscuits. Makes about 6 servings.
