Introduction

Ingredients

5 pounds roast (pork, beef)
3 tbs Extra virgin olive oil
3 onions chopped
1 4oz can of green chillies, chopped
14 oz of salsa
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
4 tbs Flour
4 tps salt
1 tsp ground cumin
Directions
Cook roast in 200* oven for 12 hours with a tight lid. Add no water.
Drain meat, save juice ( I let it cool and take off any fat) Cool and shred. (very easy with 2 forks)
In large skillet put 3 tbs ev olive oil and add:
3 chopped onions
1 4oz can green chilies, chopped
Saute 1 min
Add:
14 oz salsa
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 tbs flour
4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin
Cook 1 min. over medium heat. Stir in Meat and juice and cook 5 min.
Put 1/4 cup in tortilla and wrap. Put on lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Put in 400* oven for 8 - 10 min or until golden brown.
Use right away or freeze for later use
