Number of Servings: 6


    2 8oz bricks of cheese
    1 16oz bag of shredded cheese
    1 14.5oz package of elbows
    1 egg
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp pepper


If cheese is bought in brick form, shred. Add shredded cheese, milk, beaten egg, and pepper into crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour, or until ingredients are combined and cheese is melted.

While cheese is melting, cook pasta until al dente (firm).

After an hour the cheese sauce should be combined. Add pasta to the cheese sauce in the crock pot. Stir until the sauce coats the macaroni.

Let cook on High for 4 hours, or until no longer soupy and sauce has been absorbed by macaroni.

Stir occasionally to avoid sticking to crock pot.

*To reduce calories, choose reduced fat cheese or skim milk.
