The Pepper Flavored Peanut Oil is mentioned in the description but not in the ingredients list or directions. How much? Do you buy this or make it? - 7/18/10

Sorry for the omission. You cook the chicken without the pepper oil. After cooking, you can add a few drops to taste, to the chicken if you like hot food. You can make your own by adding some pepper flakes to some oil or purchase some in an oriental grocery store.
