    .5 C Plain Fat-Free Yougart
    1 C Organic Flax Cereal
    .5 C Blueberries
    .5 C Strawberries
    2 tsp Splenda
    1 Small Orange

Directions

In small 2 bowls or 2 large cups split yougart and line the bottom with the yougart. Then layer in the cereal, then add the berries and sprinkle with sweetner top with oranges.
