Great to serve with coffee or tea.

Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1 Cup whipping cream
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Mix in the order listed. Place in a 9 X 13 greased pan
    Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
    Cool and divide the pan in 1/2 lengthwise and then cut 1/2 inch pieces and place on jellyroll pan. Dry in a 250 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until dry. Store in ziplock bags and may be frozen.
