Ingredients

    Thai Green curry paste 1 tbsp
    Coconut milk, 1/2 can
    Rice 75g
    White fish ! fillet
    Prawns, handful
    Yellow pepper, 1/2 chopped
    Fennel, 1/2 chopped

Directions

Prepare rice and put on the hob to simmer.
Chop fennel and pepper while heating cooking oil in a saucepan over a medium heat.
When oil is hot add veg and cook for a few minutes until soft.
Add the thai green curry paste and stir.
Chop the fish and add with the prawns to the veg mix. Make sure all fish, prawns and veg are covered with some paste, add more if necessary.
Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook until the fish and prawns are cooked through.
The rice should be ready now.
Serve on the rice.
