Ingredients

    3 cups (24 ounces) 2 % cottage cheese
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    one small onion, chopped (2-3 T. chopped)
    1/4 cup miracle whip light
    dash salt
    pepper to taste (a few turns of the pepper mill)

Directions

Chop vegetables. Add to cottage cheese. Stir in miracle whip light. Season with salt and pepper.
