Introduction

This is what I traditionally make for my family. It is sooo good!! This is what I traditionally make for my family. It is sooo good!!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    30 oz.of boneless skinless chicken tenders
    10 oz. of shredded mozzerella
    1 cup traditional maranara
    2 cups seasoned croutons(or bread crumbs)
    -this is more than enough
    2 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

I prefer to use seasoned croutons that I put in my food processor for breading.. but you can use bread crumbs if you would like..

Take thawed chicken and lightly coat with finely ground croutons.

heat oil in pan

brown and cook breaded chicken until juices run clear..over med to med/high heat.. not too brown :)

pour a thin layer of sauce in your 9X13 baking dish

layer cooked chicken over the sauce...

put remainder of the sauce over the chicken

sprinkle 1 oz of cheese over each piece.

bake at 350 for 45 min or until cheese is melted to preference.
