Introduction

This is a great recipe if you want a super quick yet satisfying chocolate treat. I usually split it into two servings, but with only 150 calories, not to mention the probiotics of yogurt, no fat, and a whopping 25 grams of protein, you could easily get away with having a piece of fruit and some toast on the side and turning this into your breakfast! Very Good
Thanks for the idea! I've been using a lot of greek yogurt to add protein, and this worked great for me. Would also be good with some SF Torani Caramel syrup in the mix! - 1/17/10
